Plans, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Overview

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, upgrades, downgrades, and free trials for transactions made through our website.

Subscription Services

  • We offer monthly and annual subscription plans to our products, and custom plans can be created on request.
  • Subscription plans can be customized with the help of add-ons, allowing users to access features from premium plans without upgrading to a higher plan.

Workspaces and Plans

  • Users can be part of up to 5 workspaces simultaneously.
  • Each workspace can include multiple members and have access to various apps.
  • Plans are purchased on a per-app, per-workspace basis. Purchasing a plan for an app within one workspace does not grant access to the same plan for that app in another workspace.
  • Plan benefits, limits, and features are restricted to the specific app and workspace for which the plan was purchased.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices for all subscription plans, add-ons, and other services are subject to change.
  • Any price changes will apply immediately to new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades. Current active plans will not be affected by price changes until their renewal date.
  • Custom pricing options may be available upon request and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • When you upgrade or downgrade from your current plan, the unused balance of the current plan will be refunded within 15 business days of the change. The upgrade or downgrade will take effect immediately.
  • The refund amount will be the lower of:
    1. The value based on the number of days remaining in the current billing cycle, or
    2. The balance of usage limits under the current plan, as calculated by the Company.
    The refund amount determined by the Company will be final.

Free Trials

  • Free trials are available to new users for first-time use only and cannot be repeated for the same user account.
  • Users found attempting to exploit the free trial by creating multiple accounts will be ineligible for any future trials and may have their accounts suspended.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed under any plan.
  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of major interruptions in services. The determination of a major interruption will be at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of a major interruption, the Company may provide a refund, a credit, or an extension of the current plan, as deemed appropriate at its discretion.

Non-Refundable Items/Services

  • Fees related to setup, installation, or customization.
  • The price paid for add-ons is not refundable.
  • Partially used subscription periods (except as specified under this policy).
  • Add-ons, extensions, or features provided as one-time purchases.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.

Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

  1. Contact us at support email or phone number with your order details and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days. Please note that we do not allow any cancellations or refunds under our standard policy. Approval of any cancellations and refunds will be on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
  3. If approved, the cancellation or refund will be processed as per the timelines stated above.

Exceptions

This policy does not cover refunds or cancellations in cases of:

  • User error, such as incorrect information provided during the purchase process.
  • In cases where any amount is deducted but the payment failed, refunds will be processed automatically within 7 business days.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy.
