This Maharashtra RERA registered project is being developed on plot number 135/4, which is surrounded by an open space to the east and is bounded to the west and north by the Whispering Winds Society, and to the south by SNO 136. According to the development plans, there will be one building or wing on the plot with a total FSI of 1426 sqmts. The plot will also include 200 square metres of recreational open space in addition to the building. The MCGM is yet to approve the project.
The residential project consists of a single building which is planned to be six stories tall with one plinth and one stilt. There will be no podiums or basements in the building. The total plot area for West Winds is 810 square metres, with 48 open parking spaces and 9 covered parking spaces available to residents and visitors.
