The developer has received approval for one wing of a building on a plot of land with an area of 521.02 square meters. They have allocated 521.02 square meters for recreational open space, and the total permitted build-up area is 812.82 square meters. The total area approved for construction by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is also 812.82 square meters.
