Pegasus Properties Private Limited have announced the newly upcoming residential project at Hinjavadi, Pune named as “MEGAPOLIS MYSTIC - G”. MahaRERA approved the project with the RERA ID -P52100047674. The project is a totally home-living construction development in Pune. Pegasus Properties have previously completed several residential projects in Hinjawadi named as, Sparklet was built in 46193.87 and total authorised flats for the project were 1184. According to RERA, they successfully finished the project on 2013-04-30 although the anticipated completion date for the project was provided as 2013-03-22. Sunway was built in 52649.57 and total authorised flats for the project were 1176. According to RERA, they successfully finished the project on 2014-05-05 although the anticipated completion date for the project was provided as 2013-07-25.
MEGAPOLIS MYSTIC - G is currently being built in Rajiv Gandhi Info Tech Park Phase 3, Hinjavadi (CT), Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra. According to MahaRERA, the present project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. There is currently no litigation involving it. According to RERA, the project has one Authorised Signatory and one Management Director. Manoj Praveenchandra Shah is the Managing Director, while Akshay Abhay Bhosale is the Authorised Signatory.

The project plan has not been sanctioned by the MCGM. The total Recreational Open Space as Per Sanctioned Plan is 40390.62 sq mts. The Sanctioned FSI of the project applied for registration (Sanctioned Built-up Area) is 9588.62 and the Permissible Total FSI of the Plot (Permissible Built-up Area) is 12486.00. The remaining Built-up-Area as per Proposed FSI (In sqmts) ( Proposed but not sanctioned) is 2897.38.

The developer offered 129 covered parking spots in total. There are 129 apartments with 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK (89.25 to 90.00 sqmts), and 3 BHK (81.50 to 96.00 sqmts) layouts available. There are 42 apartments available for 2BHK units, 43 apartments for 2.5BHK units, and 44 apartments for 3BHK units. Each unit has a unique carpet space.
