Developer History:

The developer had previously worked on “Costa Rica” another Maharera registered project in Awas, Alibag, build on a total land area of 1440 square meters. It is comprised of one building with 32 apartments and is located on plot number 61. The original proposed completion date for the project was 2019-06-30 and it was completed on the same date.

The proposed total FSI of the plot is 11503 sqmts, and the sanctioned FSI of the project applied for registration is 5753 sqmts.

Apartment Details:

The WaterFront is a single-building residential development. The plot area is 2640 square metres in total, with one plinth, and 24 stilts. The building has a total of 13 sanctioned floors, with no basements including 27 open parking spaces and 24 covered parking spaces.

According to MahaRERA, this registered project in Alibag offers 23 three-bedroom apartments with a carpet area of 3845 square metres.


WaterFront includes a variety of facilities and amenities to improve the quality of life for its residents.
