Courtyard - Asteria A is a new residential project in Majiwada, Thane by COURTYARD REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED. The project was authorized by the Maharashtra Real Estate Authority on November 18th, 2022 and is planned to be completed by September 30, 2027. This is developer's 6th residential project in Thane.

COURTYARD REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED has previously worked on 5 residential projects in Thane, each with a single apartment measuring a total 2502.11 sqmts as the Carpet Area. The development's plot survey number is 281/2A/1B, 281/2A/2, 281/2A/3, 283/1, 283/2, 288/2D/1D, 288/2D/2, with the east boundary facing Courtyard - Asteria B, the west boundary facing Tata Serein, the south boundary facing
Pokhran Road No 2, and the north boundary facing Central Green.

The developer suggested one wing in the layout/plots, and they have received approval for that one wing. The MCGM has not yet approved the project. The total project/plot area is approximately 733.28 square metres.

According to MahaRERA's authorised projects list, the total Recreational open space sanctioned is 6410.63 sqmts. The plot's total permitted build-up area is approximately 25643.88 square metres, while the total area sanctioned for construction under MahaRERA is 18765.32 square metres.

Building details of the project:-

Courtyard - Asteria A, has received approval for 40 floors, one plinth and slit, 3 basements, 22 open parking and 250 closed parking slots.

The tower contains a total of 111 apartments.  The construction consists of 1RK, 2BHK and 3BHKs. The Carpet Area for 1RK is around 21.57 sqmts, for 2BHK it is 71.10 sqmts and for 3bhk it varies from (93.04 to 109.50)sqmts.
