Rajveer Avenue is a new and upcoming Residential project by B L Associates located at SINHGAD ROAD, DHAYARI, Pune. with an RERA certification ID: P52100047645 that has been approved by the Maharashtra Real Estate Authority on November 18th, 2022.

According to MahaRERA, the planned completion date for the present project is 31/08/2024.

The development's plot survey number is 128 HISSA NO 2/2+3/2A/1/2/4+3/2A/3/3, with the east boundary facing ADJ PLOT, the west boundary facing 9M WIDE ROAD, the south boundary facing 18M DP ROAD and the north boundary facing ADJ PLOT.

The developer proposed one wing in the layout/plots, and they received clearance for that one wing, which was applied for MahaRERA Registration. The MCGM has not yet been approved. The total project/plot area is around 1500.00 sqmts.

According to the authorized projects list issued by MahaRERA, there is a 200.78sqmts allotment for recreational open space. The permitted total build-up area of the plot is approximately  2147.62 sq mts, while the total area sanctioned for construction under MahaRERA is 1611.42 sq mts. The remaining space is 536.2 square meters and is awaiting regulatory approval.
