It has been sanctioned for 14 floors, with an additional two of them being basements. The project has a total of 145 closed parking spaces.

There are a total of 13 offices with carpet areas of 49.98 square meters, 13 offices with carpet areas of 73.71 square meters, 1 offices with a carpet area of 162.23 square meters, and 26 apartments with carpet areas of 34.47 square meters.
