Another projects approval announcement from MahaRERA for this month!
On October 16, 2022, MahaRERA published notifications of freshly approved Maharashtra projects.
MahaRERA has approved projects like residential and commercial allotments, as well as other construction developments that enterprises interested in erecting stores or manufacturing facilities, to include on this list. Other mixed-use constructions are also included in this list: complexes in which areas with varied services, such as retail stores, office spaces, or parking lots, coexist cooperatively. Pune and Konkan are the top two cities in terms of project listings.
Maharashtra RERA has updated 7 projects, with Konkan receiving 3 approvals, Nasikh receiving 1, and Pune receiving 3 authority clearances for development. Touching on the locations of those projects, Konkan includes Thane, Bombay City, and Mumbai Suburbs. Pune projects, however, aim to develop Satara.
MahaRERA authorized 3 residential developments out of the 7 proposals. 3 other projects have gained MahaRERA approval, as well as 1 commercial space allocation. Pune and Konkan are where the majority of projects are located. Pune has a total of 3 projects, whereas Konkan has 3. The list indicates that Nasikh has 1 project.
